1. Who we are

Kari & Bros Studio (استوديو قاري وإخوانه) makes mobile games. The studio is run by its owner, an individual in Saudi Arabia. These terms cover our games Nova Strike, SUNPUNCH, Sadّa7 (سدّاح), VEIL (سِتَار) and Lammatna (لمّتنا) on iPhone, Android and the web, including the test versions we share with testers, and this website.

2. Accepting these terms

By downloading, opening or playing one of our games, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. In a game where you make a player account, the screen where you choose your name says so too. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.

If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms apply to the download and the payment. These terms add the rules of our games. Apple and Google are not party to these terms and are not responsible for our games or what is in them; we are.

3. Age

Our games are made for players aged 13 and over. Lammatna is not for children. If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Your player account

Lammatna, Nova Strike and VEIL have a studio player account: the name you choose the first time you play makes it (no email, phone number or password). It is one account for our games that use it, and each game keeps its own name and save.

• One person per account. Do not use someone else's account, and do not share your move code (it works like a key for 15 minutes).
• Your player name must follow the rules in section 5. A name that breaks them can be reset by us.
• You can delete your account in the game's Settings, or ask us on our delete page. It is held for 14 days first: you are signed out at once and others no longer see you, and within those 14 days you can cancel and get everything back. After 14 days it is deleted for good (details in the Privacy Policy; the version of Lammatna out today deletes its game data at once when you press delete).
• If an account seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, we can limit it or close it.

5. What players share, and the rules

Some of our games show what players make to other players: in Lammatna your name, your optional photo, the room names you type, your typed answers, your reactions and your voice in voice chat; in VEIL your pilot name on the ranking. What you make stays yours. You let us store it, check it and show it to other players in the way the game works (rooms, the TV view, player cards, boards), and remove it.

In our games, nobody may share or do any of this:

• Insults, swearing, mocking or bullying.
• Hate or attacks on anyone's religion, origin, tribe, nationality, colour, gender or disability.
• Sexual or nude content, or anything not fit for a family audience in Saudi Arabia.
• Harassment, threats or pressure on another player.
• Pretending to be someone else: another player, a known person, or our studio.
• Other people's private details (phone number, address, photos of people without their permission), or your own.
• Anything against Saudi law or other people's rights (for example someone else's photo or work).
• Spam, ads or links.
• Cheating: hacks, programs or tricks that play for you, using a bug to win, faking scores, or extra accounts to win.

Our automatic checks help: a word filter on names and answers, and in Lammatna an automatic check on every photo before anyone sees it. They can miss things, so reports matter.

6. Reports and blocks

In Lammatna you can report a player, a name, a photo, an answer or a question from inside the game, and you can block a player (you are not put in the same room again, and they cannot send you invites or friend requests). In any game you can also write to [email protected] with the game, the player's name and what happened.

What we do: a reported photo is hidden at once. The studio team reviews reports as soon as we can. If something breaks these rules, we remove or hide it, reset the name, and where needed limit or close the account. Reports are kept for 90 days.

7. Voice chat (Lammatna)

• Voice is optional. The lamma's leader («الزعيم») can switch it on for the room; you join only if you tap «Join voice», and only then does the game ask for the microphone.
• Only the people in the same room's voice hear you (up to 12). We do not record, keep or listen to calls.
• The rules of section 5 apply to what you say.
• You can mute yourself, mute anyone just for you, or stop hearing everyone. The leader can remove someone from the voice and end the voice for everyone.
• Because calls are not recorded, report a player for something said in voice from the game or by email, and tell us what happened; we act on what players tell us.

8. Purchases

• Today only Lammatna sells items: Plus, the Golden Pack and Remove Ads (Remove Ads is not on sale while the game has no ads). Our other games sell nothing.
• Items are virtual: they let you use something in the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or moved to another account.
• You pay in the App Store or Google Play under Apple's or Google's terms, at the price the store shows you. We never see your card.
• Restore purchases brings your items back on a new phone or a new account, with the same Apple or Google account.
• Refunds: see our Refund Policy.
• In test versions, some items can be open to testers for free.

9. Ads

Today none of our games shows ads. If a game adds ads, we update these terms and the Privacy Policy before that version comes out, and the game asks for your consent where the law requires it.

10. Our games

The games, their art, music, sounds, texts and names belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may play them for yourself. Do not copy, sell or change them, take them apart, or use them to make other games, and do not attack or overload our servers.

Games change: we can add, change or remove features and content, and we can stop a game. Test versions can have bugs and can lose progress.

11. Liability

We work to keep our games running well, but we provide them "as is" and cannot promise that they will always work without breaks or errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in that game in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here removes rights you have under Saudi law that cannot be removed.

12. Changes to these terms

We publish every new version on this page with a new date at the top. If a change is important, we also say so in the game where we can. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you have a problem, please write to us first so we can try to fix it; otherwise the competent courts of Saudi Arabia decide.
