يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك من أي لعبة من ألعابنا في أي وقت ومجانًا: من داخل اللعبة، أو بطلب من هذه الصفحة دون الحاجة إلى اللعبة. ويُعلَّق حسابك فورًا ثم يُحذف نهائيًا بعد ١٤ يومًا، فيمكنك التراجع خلال هذه المدة (انظر مهلة ١٤ يومًا).
مهلة ١٤ يومًا
حين تحذف حساب اللاعب (من داخل اللعبة أو بطلب من هذه الصفحة) يُعلَّق حسابك فورًا: يُسجَّل خروجك منه على جوالك، ولا يمكن اللعب به، ولا يُرسَل إليه شيء. وبعد ١٤ يومًا يُحذف نهائيًا مع كل ما هو مذكور في «ما الذي يُحذف» أدناه، ولا يمكن التراجع بعد ذلك.
غيّرت رأيك؟ راسلنا خلال الأيام الـ١٤ على [email protected] واكتب في الموضوع «ألغوا حذف حسابي»، واذكر اسم اللعبة واسمك فيها، فنعيد حسابك كما كان.
وخلال هذه المدة يبقى اسمك محجوزًا لك، فإذا بدأت اللعب من جديد بحساب جديد فاختر اسمًا آخر. وتبقى مشترياتك محفوظة في App Store أو Google Play كما هي.
١. من داخل اللعبة
نوڤا سترايك (Nova Strike)
ابتداءً من الإصدار 0.21
الإعدادات (أيقونة الترس أعلى الشاشة) ← الحساب ← «حذف الحساب»، ثم «حذف».
يحذف ذلك حساب اللاعب واسم ندائك ونسخة تقدّمك في الحساب. وبعدها لا ترسل اللعبة شيئًا: لا حسابًا ولا نسخة من التقدّم ولا تقارير أعطال أو إحصاءات. ويبقى تقدّمك على هذا الجوال وحده. وفي المرة التالية التي تفتح فيها اللعبة تختار: أن تحتفظ بتقدّم هذا الجوال، أو تبدأ من الصفر، أو تلعب دون حساب حاليًا. والاحتفاظ بالتقدّم أو البدء من الصفر ينشئ حسابًا جديدًا باسم نداء جديد؛ واللعب دون حساب لا يرسل شيئًا.
في الإصدار 0.21 فقط: بعد «حذف الحساب» كانت اللعبة تنشئ حساب ضيف جديدًا وترفع نسخة جديدة من تقدّمك عند الاتصال التالي (وأُصلح ذلك في 0.22). وإن كنت لا تريد هذه النسخة في 0.21 فاحذف اللعبة وأرسل طلبًا أدناه.

يمسح ذلك رصيدك والعتاد المركّب وسجلات المهام والإتقان على هذا الجوال (وتبقى إعداداتك). أما النسخة السحابية من إعداداتك وأفضل نتيجة لك فمرتبطة بمعرّف عشوائي، ولحذفها أرسل طلبًا من الأسفل.
الإعدادات (أيقونة الترس) ← الحساب ← «احذف حسابي»، ثم «احذف حسابي» مرة أخرى للتأكيد.
يحذف ذلك نهائيًا حساب اللاعب، واسمه (المختار من قائمة الأسماء الآمنة في اللعبة)، وربط الحساب بـ Google Play Games أو Game Center، والنسخة السحابية من التقدّم.
يُحفظ التقدّم على الجوال فقط، لذلك إذا حذفت اللعبة حُذف التقدّم معها. ولا ترسل اللعبة إلا إحصاءات لعب مجهولة الهوية وتقارير أعطال، مرتبطة بمعرّف عشوائي وبلا اسم. ويمكن لولي الأمر أن يرسل طلبًا من الأسفل يذكر فيه نوع الجوال ومتى لعب الطفل تقريبًا، وسنبذل جهدنا للعثور عليها وحذفها.
يحذف ذلك حسابك واسمك وربط حسابك بـ Google Play Games أو Game Center ونسختك السحابية وأفضل مسافة لك في الترتيب وسجلات الطيران المرسلة معها. ثم تلعب بعدها ضيفًا جديدًا.
يمسح ذلك أفضل مسافة لك وإعداداتك وسجل الإعلانات من ذلك الجوال. ولحذف النسخة السحابية من تقدّمك أرسل طلبًا من الأسفل. أما نتائج لوحة الصدارة فتبقى في حسابك على Game Center أو Google Play Games وتديرها من هناك، وسجل شراء «إزالة الإعلانات» تحتفظ به Apple أو Google.
الإعدادات ← «حذف حسابي»، ثم «أبغى أحذف» ثم «إيه، احذف حسابي».
يحذف ذلك نهائيًا اسمك وشكلك وصورتك وتقدّمك وسجل اللمّات وأرقامك ومراكزك في لوحة الصدارة، وأصحابك وطلبات الصداقة وإيقاف العزايم (من الطرفين)، وسجل العزايم ورمز التنبيهات، وحسابك (وإذا كنت تستخدم تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple فإننا نحاول أيضًا إلغاء ربط تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple لدى Apple). وفي الغرف التي لعبت فيها يظهر «لاعب» بدل اسمك وصورتك، وتُحذف الإجابات التي كتبتها (وفي اللعبة التي ما زالت جارية: عند انتهائها)، وتصبح مقعدًا فارغًا في سجل اللمّات لدى اللاعبين الآخرين. وتُحذف قائمة الحظر الخاصة بك، وتبقى البلاغات لكن بلا معرّفك وبلا التفاصيل التي تخصّك، وتُحذف بعد ٩٠ يومًا من إرسالها، ويُفكّ ربط مشترياتك بك. وإذا كنت تستضيف غرفة جارية فإنها تنتهي. ثم تبدأ اللعبة من جديد كما في أول مرة.
وحتى تحديث لمّتنا القادم، تُحذف بيانات اللعبة المذكورة أعلاه (شكلك وصورتك وتقدّمك وسجل اللمّات وأصحابك وغيرها) فور ضغطك على الحذف داخل اللعبة، ولا ينتظر الأيام الـ١٤ إلا حسابك لدى الاستوديو (اسمك وربط دخولك بحساب Google أو Apple). وإلغاء الحذف يعيد لك اسمك، ولا يعيد بيانات اللعبة هذه.
وتُحذف الغرف تلقائيًا بعد ٣٠ يومًا من آخر نشاط فيها.
تبقى مشترياتك محفوظة في App Store أو Google Play، ويمكنك استرجاعها لاحقًا من «المتجر واسترجاع المشتريات». وإذا لم يصل طلب الحذف إلى خادم اللعبة فلن يُحذف شيء، ويمكنك المحاولة مرة أخرى. وإذا تعذّر حذف الحساب وحده فستُحذف بيانات اللعبة مع ذلك، وتطلب منك اللعبة المحاولة لاحقًا (أو أرسل طلبًا من الأسفل).
تصلح هذه الطريقة لكل الألعاب، حتى لو حذفت اللعبة أو لم تستطع فتحها. املأ الحقول ثم اضغط «أرسل الطلب»، فيفتح تطبيق البريد رسالة جاهزة إلى [email protected] وما عليك إلا إرسالها.
راسلنا على [email protected] واكتب في الموضوع «حذف بياناتي»، واذكر اسم اللعبة واسمك فيها (أو رمز نقل الحساب) ونوع جوالك.
نعلّق حسابك حين يصلنا طلبك، ونرد عليك لنؤكد ذلك ونخبرك بموعد حذفه النهائي: بعد ١٤ يومًا من طلبك. وفي اللعبة التي ليس فيها حساب نخبرك بما وجدناه وحذفناه. لا نطلب منك كلمة مرور أبدًا. ويمكن لولي الأمر أن يطلب الحذف نيابةً عن طفله.
ما الذي يُحذف
حساب اللاعب لدينا مشترك بين ألعابنا التي فيها حساب (نوڤا سترايك من الإصدار 0.21، وصن بانش من الإصدار 0.26، وسدّاح من الإصدار 0.11، وسِتَار من الإصدار 0.6، ولمَّتنا). وحذفه النهائي (بعد مهلة الأيام الـ١٤) يزيل:
حسابك ومعرّفه العشوائي،
اسمك في كل لعبة (ويصبح متاحًا لغيرك)، وصورتك الرمزية،
ربط حسابك بتسجيل الدخول عبر Google Play Games أو Game Center أو Google أو Apple (أما حسابك في Google أو Apple نفسه فلا يُمسّ)،
نسخة تقدّمك السحابية، ومشترياتك المفعّلة من جهتنا، وأي رمز لنقل الحساب،
بيانات اللعبة عنك على خوادمها المرتبطة بالحساب (مثل ترتيبك في سِتَار، وكل ما يحذفه زر «حذف حسابي» في لمّتنا).
ما الذي يبقى، وإلى متى
سجلات الشراء. تحتفظ كلٌّ من Apple وGoogle بسجلها الخاص لما اشتريته. ومن جهتنا لا نُبقي إلا سجلًا مختصرًا لكل عملية شراء: رقمها في المتجر (ولدى Google Play أيضًا رمز الشراء الذي يصدره المتجر)، والمنتج، واللعبة، والتاريخ، مع المعرّف العشوائي المحذوف (بلا اسم)، حتى لا تُستخدم عملية الشراء مرتين أو بعد استرداد المبلغ. ويبقى بإمكانك استعادة مشترياتك لاحقًا من «استعادة المشتريات».
سجلّ بالحذف. المعرّف العشوائي المحذوف وتاريخ الحذف فقط، حتى لا يُستخدم المعرّف نفسه مرة أخرى أبدًا. ولا شيء غير ذلك.
الإحصاءات مجهولة الهوية وتقارير الأعطال (GameAnalytics وFirebase Crashlytics). لا تحمل إلا معرّفات عشوائية، ولا تحمل اسمك أبدًا، وتُحذف حسب الجدول الزمني لكل مزوّد خدمة.
على جوالك. حذف اللعبة يحذف ما تحفظه اللعبة على ذلك الجوال.

You can delete your account and data from any of our games at any time, for free: inside the game, or with a request from this page, without the game. Your account is put on hold at once and deleted for good after 14 days, so you can still change your mind (see the 14-day hold).
The 14-day hold
When you delete your player account (inside the game or with a request from this page), it is put on hold at once: you are signed out on your phone, the account cannot be used to play, and nothing is sent to it. 14 days later it is deleted for good, with everything under "What is deleted" below. After that it cannot be undone.
Changed your mind? Within the 14 days, email [email protected] with the subject "Cancel my deletion", the game and your player name in it, and we put your account back as it was.
During the hold your player name stays reserved for you, so if you start playing again with a new account, pick another name. Your purchases stay with the App Store or Google Play as before.
1. Inside the game
Nova Strike (نوڤا سترايك)
From version 0.21
Settings (the gear at the top) > Account > Delete account, then Delete.
It deletes your player account, your call sign and the account copy of your progress. After that the game sends nothing: no account, no progress copy, no crash or analytics reports. Your progress stays on this phone only. The next time you open the game you choose: keep this phone's progress, start fresh, or play offline. Keep or start fresh makes a new account with a new call sign; play offline sends nothing.
Your account is put on hold at once and deleted for good after 14 days (see the 14-day hold).
Version 0.21 only: after Delete account, the game made a new guest account and uploaded a fresh copy of your progress the next time it connected (fixed in 0.22). If you do not want that copy in 0.21, delete the game and send a request below.
Earlier versions
More > Settings > Reset progress.
It erases your Credits, installed hardware, mission records and mastery on this phone (your settings stay). The cloud copy of your settings and best score is linked to a random ID: to delete it, send a request below.
Settings (the gear) > Delete my account (in the Account part), then Delete my account again to confirm.
It deletes your player account, your player name, your linked Google Play Games or Game Center sign-in and the cloud copy of your progress, for good.

No delete button and no player name before version 0.26.
The game keeps a cloud copy of your progress linked to a random ID. To delete it and the reports linked to it, send a request below. Deleting the game deletes what is on your phone.

It deletes the player account, the player name (picked from the game's own list of safe names), the linked Google Play Games or Game Center sign-in and the cloud copy of the progress, for good.

No account and no name before version 0.11.
Progress is kept only on the phone, so deleting the game deletes the progress. The game sends only anonymous play statistics and crash reports, with a random ID and no name; a parent can send a request below (phone type and roughly when the child played) and we will do our best to find and delete them.
Settings > Account > Delete my account, then Delete.
It deletes your player account, your name, your linked Google Play Games or Game Center sign-in, your cloud save, your best distance on the ranking and the flight records sent with it. You then play as a new guest.
Your account is put on hold at once and deleted for good after 14 days (see the 14-day hold).
Earlier versions
Settings > Data > Delete local data.
It erases your best distance, your settings and your ad history on that phone. For the cloud copy of your progress, send a request below. Board scores stay in your Game Center or Google Play Games account; you manage them there. The "Remove ads" purchase record is kept by Apple or Google.

It deletes for good: your name, your looks, your photo, your progress, your match history and numbers, your leaderboard places, your friends, friend requests and invite blocks (on both sides), your invite log and notification token, and your player account (if you used Sign in with Apple, we also try to revoke it with Apple). In rooms you played in, your name and photo are replaced by «لاعب» (Player) and the answers you typed are removed (in a game that is still running, when it ends); in other players' match history you become an empty seat. Your block list is removed; reports stay, but without your ID and without the details about you, and are deleted 90 days after they were sent; and your purchases are unlinked from you. If you are hosting a live room, that room ends. The game then starts again like the first time.

Until Lammatna's next update, the game data above (your looks, photo, progress, match history, friends and the rest) is deleted at once when you press delete in the game; only your studio player account (your name and your Google or Apple sign-in link) waits the 14 days. Cancelling brings back your name, not that game data.
Rooms are deleted by themselves 30 days after their last activity.
Purchases stay with the App Store or Google Play: you can get them back later from «المتجر واسترجاع المشتريات» (Store and restore purchases). If the game cannot reach its server, nothing is deleted and you can try again. If only the player account could not be deleted, the game data is still deleted and the game asks you to try again later (or send a request below).
This works for every game, even if you deleted the game or cannot open it. Fill in the fields and press "Send the request": your mail app opens a ready message to [email protected]; just send it.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us the game, your player name in it (or the account move code) and your phone type.
We put your account on hold when we receive your request and write back to confirm, with the date it will be deleted for good: 14 days after your request. For a game with no account, we tell you what we found and deleted. We never ask for a password. A parent can ask for a child.
What is deleted
Our player account is shared by our games that have one (Nova Strike from version 0.21, SUNPUNCH from version 0.26, Sadّa7 from version 0.11, VEIL from version 0.6 and Lammatna). Deleting it for good (after the 14-day hold) removes:
your player account and its random ID,
your player name in every game (it becomes free for others) and your avatar,
the link to your Google Play Games, Game Center, Google or Apple sign-in (your Google or Apple account itself is not touched),
your cloud save, your purchases unlocked on our side, and any account move code,
the game's own server data about you that is tied to the account (for example VEIL's ranking entry, and everything Lammatna's «حذف حسابي» button deletes).
What stays, and for how long
Purchase records. Apple and Google keep their own record of what you bought. On our side we keep only a short record of each purchase: the store's purchase number (for Google Play also its purchase token), the product, the game and the date, with the deleted random ID (no name), so a purchase cannot be used twice or after a refund. You can still get a purchase back later with Restore purchases.
A deletion note. The deleted random ID and the date, so the same ID can never be used again. Nothing else.
Anonymous statistics and crash reports (GameAnalytics and Firebase Crashlytics). They hold only random IDs, never your name, and are deleted on each provider's own schedule.
On your phone. Deleting the game deletes what the game keeps on that phone.
