Privacy Policy
Short version: our games never ask for your email, phone number, password or precise location, and we never sell your data. While you play, they send play statistics, crash reports and technical details so we can fix bugs and improve the games. Some of our games have a player account with a name you choose; each of those has its own section below. Game by game:
- Nova Strike: a studio player account made by the call sign you choose at first open (required to play), and a cloud copy of your progress; no ads, no purchases (Nova Strike section).
- SUNPUNCH: a cloud copy of your game progress, linked to a random ID, not to you; no ads, no purchases.
- Sadّa7: your progress stays on your device; no ads, no purchases.
- VEIL: from version 0.6, a studio player account, made when you type your pilot name the first time you play (from version 0.10), a cloud save and a ranking of best distances; no ads and no purchases (VEIL section).
- Lammatna: a party game with a player account: a name you choose, male or female, an optional photo shown to the players you play with, rooms, friends and a leaderboard (section 9).
1. Who we are
Kari & Bros Studio (استوديو قاري وإخوانه) is a mobile game studio in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are the controller of the data described here. This policy covers our games Nova Strike, SUNPUNCH, Sadّa7 (سدّاح) and VEIL (سِتَار) and Lammatna (لمّتنا) on iPhone, Android and the web, including the test versions we share with testers, and this website.
Using our games also means our Terms of Use; buying in a game is covered by our Refund Policy.
Contact: [email protected]
2. What our games do not have
Games with a player account are the exception to some points below; each has its own section (from section 9 on). Lammatna also has an optional photo from the camera or gallery, typed answers and purchases (section 9).
- No email, phone number or password in any of our games. Games with a player account make it for you in the background and may ask you for a name; each has its own section. Our other games create a random anonymous ID in the background (see section 3); you never type anything. Game Center and Google Play Games are your own phone accounts; using them with our games is optional.
- No payment details ever reach us. Where a game sells something, the payment is made only in the App Store or Google Play: Apple or Google takes it, and we never see your card or payment details. What each game sells is in the per-game table in section 3. Where a game that sells nothing shows a store, no payment can be made in it.
- No chat, comments, photos or any other content made by players, apart from the player name you choose in a game with an account, and Lammatna's typed answers, room names and optional photo (section 9).
- No ads and no advertising ID in our games. We never sell your data, and no game asks to track you across other apps and websites (you will not see a tracking prompt).
- No access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location (apart from Lammatna's camera or gallery, only when you add a photo, and Lammatna's microphone, only when you tap «Join voice», section 9).
3. What we collect, and why
Collection starts when you open a game. None of it contains your email, phone number, contacts or precise location. In a game with a player account, the account holds the name you choose (see that game's section); Lammatna can also hold an optional photo (section 9).
| Service | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| GameAnalytics (anonymous analytics) all our games | A random ID made by the game, game events (for example a level started or finished, menu taps, coins earned, session length and count), device model, operating system and version, game version, and approximate country (worked out from the connection; no GPS). In VEIL also: when a flight starts and ends (with a distance band and what ended it), and when the ranking is opened or a score is sent to it. Never a receipt, an order number or an advertising ID. | To understand how the games are played, so we can balance and improve them. |
| Firebase Crashlytics (Google), crash reports all our games | Crash and freeze reports: what the game was doing just before, the device model, operating system, graphics chip, memory use and game version, with an installation ID and the game's random ID. In VEIL the report also carries the graphics quality level and the sky's light mood at that moment. | To find and fix crashes. |
| Firebase Authentication (Google), player ID games with a cloud copy or a player account (see the per-game table) | Creates a random ID for your copy of the game, or for your studio player account in a game that has one. No email or password. | To keep your cloud copy, account and reports apart from other players'. |
| Cloud Firestore (Google), the studio's own records games with a cloud copy (see the per-game table) | A cloud copy of your game progress and settings (what each game keeps is in the per-game table below); a copy of the game events above; error reports (error text, device model, operating system, graphics chip, game language and screen); and performance summaries (frame times, screen size, memory use, device model, graphics chip, and in some games the graphics quality level and draw calls). The event, error and performance records carry the random ID of your copy of the game or of your player account, not your name. | To restore your progress or settings, and to measure and fix bugs, errors and slow screens. |
| Game Center / Google Play Games (board) VEIL only, if you are signed in | The distance of each flight, sent to the board with the name your game account uses there. The board shows the names and distances of the longest flights, including yours. | VEIL's longest-flights board on your phone's game service (VEIL's own ranking is in the VEIL section). |
Per game:
| Game | GameAnalytics and crash reports | Player ID or account, cloud copy, error and performance reports | Ads and purchases |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nova Strike | Yes | A studio player account (call sign required to play) and a cloud copy of your progress and settings; error and performance reports (Nova Strike section) | No |
| SUNPUNCH | Yes | Yes | No |
| Sadّa7 | Yes | No: progress stays on your device | No |
| VEIL | Yes | From version 0.6: a studio player account with your pilot name, a cloud save and the ranking; error and performance reports (VEIL section) | No (none from version 0.6) |
| Lammatna | Yes (see section 9) | A player account and cloud save (see section 9) | No ads; three one-time items |
Nova Strike downloads its full-quality art from our servers (Firebase Hosting and files.karibros.studio). Like any web download, those servers see your connection's IP address; we do not use it for anything in the game.
These services act on our behalf and have their own privacy policies. The data can be processed on servers outside Saudi Arabia. We keep it only as long as it is useful for these purposes. We do not sell it or share it for anyone else's use. Our own records (analytics, crash, error and performance reports, cloud copy, player accounts) are never used for advertising. None of our games shows ads.
Your game progress and settings are always stored on your device. If you delete the game, the copy on your device is deleted with it; a cloud copy stays until you delete your account in the game (in a game with a player account) or we delete it on request (see section 6).
On this website we do not use advertising cookies. Your language choice is remembered in your browser only.
4. Ads
None of our games shows ads. From version 0.6, VEIL has no ads, no ad consent form, no "Remove ads" purchase and no advertising ID. If a game adds ads, we update this page before that version comes out (section 8).
If you bought "Remove ads" in an earlier version of VEIL, the purchase record stays with Apple or Google.
5. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. Apart from the player name you may choose in a game with a player account (and Lammatna's optional photo), the games ask for no personal information. VEIL is made for players aged 13 and over. Lammatna is made for players aged 13 and over and is not for children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights and deleting your data
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, give you access to it or a copy, correct it, or delete it, including the cloud copy of your data. Games with a player account have their own Delete my account button (see each game's section and the step-by-step page below). For our other games, the data above is linked only to random IDs and not to your identity, so we usually cannot find one person's data; if you send us the details you have (for example the game, your device model and the date you played), we will do our best to help, and we will tell you what we found.
To use any of your rights, email [email protected]. You can also contact the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the regulator.
In VEIL (from version 0.6) you can delete your account yourself: Settings > Account > Delete my account, then Delete (see the VEIL section).
In Lammatna you can delete your data yourself: Settings > «حذف حسابي» (Delete my account) (see section 9).
In Nova Strike (from version 0.21) you can delete your account yourself: Settings (gear) > Account > Delete account, then Delete (see the Nova Strike section).
14-day hold. When you delete your player account (in a game, or with a request to us), it is put on hold at once: you are signed out, it cannot be used to play and nothing is sent to it. Your account and the game data linked to it are deleted for good 14 days after your request; within those 14 days you can ask us to cancel and we put everything back as it was. Your player name stays reserved for you during the hold. (Lammatna, until its next update: pressing delete in the game deletes its game data at once; only your studio player account waits the 14 days.)
Step by step, game by game: Delete your account and data.
To stop all collection, delete the game. The analytics, diagnostics and ads settings of your device may also limit some of it.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Each copy of a game can read only its own cloud copy; error, event and performance reports can be added but never read back by any player. We keep what we collect to a minimum, and no system is perfectly secure.
8. Changes
If a game adds ads, purchases or a new kind of data, we update this page before that version comes out. Every new version of this policy is published on this page with a new date at the top.
9. Lammatna (لمّتنا)
Lammatna is a party quiz game you play with friends in a room. It is different from our other games: it has a player account, a name you choose, an optional photo, and rooms where the other players see what you type. This section says exactly what it collects. It describes the test version we share with testers today (version 0.6), and we update it with every new version. Lammatna is for players aged 13 and over. Contact for Lammatna: [email protected] (or [email protected]).
Your player account
- When you first open the game, you choose your player name, and that name creates your studio player account at once (Google Firebase Authentication: no email, phone number or password), with a separate random player ID on our rooms server (Cloudflare). You cannot play without it: there are no guest players. If you played an earlier version as a guest, the game asks for your name once and keeps your progress.
- The account is the studio's shared player account: the same account works in our other games that have one. Each game keeps its own name and save.
- You choose a player name (3 to 16 characters: Arabic or Latin letters, digits, spaces and _ . -, passed through a word filter). It is unique in Lammatna and the players in your rooms see it.
- You choose male or female, only so the game speaks to you with the right Arabic words. We ask for no age, birthday, email or phone number.
- Optional: Google sign-in (Android) or Sign in with Apple (iPhone). It links to the account your name made (the game asks you to confirm first), so you can get your account back on a new phone; it never replaces the name step. If that Google or Apple sign-in already belongs to another of your accounts (for example from an old phone), the game asks you which account to keep; nothing is merged or lost without asking. We keep only the account number Google or Apple gives for you, never your email or name. With Apple we ask for no name and no email.
- Cloud save (Google Cloud Firestore): your progress (games finished), your chosen look (avatar, frame, badge, effect), your free unlocks, your name, male or female, and the IDs of your last 50 counted games.
- Move code: an 8-character code that moves your account to another phone. It works once and only for 15 minutes.
Your photo (optional)
- You can show a photo instead of your avatar: take one with the camera or pick one from your gallery. The game asks for the camera only when you tap it.
- Your phone crops the photo and makes it small (640 pixels). Our server then removes its hidden details (such as where and when it was taken) and checks it automatically with an AI model that runs on Cloudflare (Workers AI) before anyone sees it. A photo that fails the check is deleted at once.
- It is stored privately on Cloudflare (R2), never at a public address. The players in your rooms see it, and it is on your player card, which other Lammatna players can open (for example from a room, their friends list, match history or the leaderboard). The host can hide it in the room, and a reported photo is hidden at once.
- It is deleted when you remove it or when you delete your account. If you replace it with a new photo, the earlier one is deleted at once.
- If the automatic check cannot run at that moment, the photo stays hidden until it is checked.
Voice chat (optional)
- The lamma leader can switch on a voice channel for the room. Joining is always your choice: nothing starts by itself, and the game asks for the microphone only when you tap «Join voice». If you say no, you can still join and listen.
- Your voice is sent live to the other people in the channel (up to 12) through a voice relay: Cloudflare Realtime, with a backup voice server of ours hosted by OVH in France. The relay passes the sound on and keeps none of it.
- We do not record, store, listen to or transcribe calls, and no sound file or text of speech is kept anywhere. The microphone is closed when you mute yourself, leave the voice, send the game to the background, or the leader ends the voice.
- What we do keep: the room remembers that voice is on and who joined (so it stays within 12 people and the leader can remove someone); this is deleted with the room. Our server also counts the voice minutes per day and how many times a phone asked to join in an hour, as plain numbers, to keep the service safe and its cost within limits.
- To connect the call, the voice relay sees your phone's network address and how good your connection is while you are in the call. Each join uses a pass that lasts 10 minutes.
- You can mute yourself, stop hearing everyone, and mute any one person just for you. The leader can remove someone from the voice and can end the voice for everyone at any time.
Rooms
- A room keeps: the room name the host types when creating the lamma, each player's name, look and photo, the answers you type, your bets, scores and reactions, and a record of each game (results and a log of what happened).
- Players see an answer only after they lock their own or when answering closes. The host sees the answers to review them, including any that the word filter hid from the players. A host who does not play sees the answers as they come in.
- There is no free chat: only quiz answers and fixed reactions.
- The host can show the room on a TV: anyone who opens the room's TV view (lammatna.karibros.studio/tv) with the room code sees the players' names and pictures, the questions, the answers under review and the ranking during that game.
- A room and everything in it (players, answers, game records and logs) is deleted 30 days after its last activity (the last time anyone in it used it). While someone is still connected to the room, it is kept.
Your player card, match history and the leaderboard
- Your player card shows your name, look, photo and game numbers (such as games played, wins, points and achievements). Other Lammatna players can open it.
- Match history («سجل اللمّات»): your last 50 games, with the room name of each lamma, your place and points and the other players' names and pictures as they were in that game. With it we keep your lifetime numbers and your daily wins. Other players' history shows you the same way. If a player deletes their account, they show as an empty seat in everyone's history.
- Leaderboard: the top 50 players by wins and by best game points, with name, picture and numbers, open to every player; and a friends board («أصحابي») with you and your friends.
Friends and invites
- Friends are between player accounts (every player has one: the name makes it). A friendship needs both sides: one sends a request and the other accepts. When someone adds you, a card with their name and photo appears inside the game (accept or decline), or you get a notification if the game is closed. Your friends see your name, look and photo.
- You can invite your friends, or players you played with recently, to your room. You can block invites (and friend requests) from someone; they are not told.
- We keep your friends, your friend requests, your invite blocks and a log of invites (who invited whom, to which room, and when), so the same invite does not ring twice and invites stay within a limit.
Notifications
- The game asks for notifications the first time you open it (if you played an earlier version, once at your next open after the update), only after telling you why (so you know when someone invites you or adds you as a friend), and then your phone asks too. If you say no, nothing is sent; you can turn them on later in Settings.
- If you say yes, your phone's notification address (a push token from Google or Apple) is kept with your studio player account by our account service (Google Firebase), so an invite can reach you. An invite or friend request shows the sender's name; tapping an invite opens that room, and tapping a friend request opens the request.
- Switch them off in Settings > «التنبيهات» (Notifications): this phone is then removed from our sender. The token is also removed when it stops working or when you delete your account.
Reports and blocks
- You can report a player, a name, a photo, an answer or a question. A report holds the reason, an optional note (up to 300 characters), the room, your player ID and the reported player's, and what was reported (the name, a reference to the photo, or the answer). A report about a question holds only the question, the reason, the note and the room. The studio team reviews reports and can hide a photo or reset a name.
- When you block a player, you will not be placed in the same room again. The block is kept on both players' records.
Purchases
- Lammatna has three one-time items: Plus, the Golden Pack, and Remove Ads (hidden while the game has no ads). Apple or Google takes the payment; we never see your card.
- Our server checks the store's proof and records the store, the purchase number (for Google also the store's purchase token), the item, the game, the date and your player account ID. That lets the item unlock, come back with Restore purchases, and switch off after a refund.
- Deleting your account cuts the link between you and these purchase records on our server; it does not erase the records: Apple or Google keep theirs and we keep ours, as the stores and tax rules require, and we use ours for nothing else. Your purchases stay with your Apple or Google account, and Restore purchases brings them back.
- In the test version, Plus and the Golden Pack are open to testers.
Statistics and crash reports
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google): crash reports with the device model, operating system, app version, the last screen and how smoothly it ran.
- Firebase Performance (Google): how smoothly the four room screens run (frame times), with the device model and app version, and the tool's own timing of things like app start.
- GameAnalytics: when a session starts and the same screen-speed numbers, with the device model and operating system, under a random ID that is new each time you open the app.
- The app's own measurements pass a privacy filter that lets out only these technical details: never your name, answers, photo or room code. Crash reports are collected by Crashlytics itself (what the app was doing when it crashed). None of this is linked to your player account.
- No ads, no advertising ID and no tracking across other apps (you will not see a tracking prompt).
Server logs
Cloudflare and Google keep technical logs of requests to our servers, which can include your IP address, on their own schedule. We use your IP address only in scrambled (hashed) form, to stop abuse such as too many tries.
Where the data is kept
On Cloudflare (rooms server, set to run near the Middle East; photos; reports; friends, invites, match history and the leaderboard; the live voice relay), plus OVH (France; our backup voice server) and Google (player account, cloud save, notification tokens and purchase records; our account service runs in Google Cloud's Europe region), plus GameAnalytics and Firebase. Some of it can be processed outside Saudi Arabia.
How long we keep it
| Data | Kept |
|---|---|
| Player account, name, male or female, cloud save, Google or Apple sign-in link | Until you delete your account |
| Photo | Until you remove it, replace it (the earlier photo is deleted at once) or delete your account; deleted at once if it fails the check |
| Rooms (names, answers, bets, scores, reactions, game records and logs) | 30 days after the room's last activity, then the whole room is deleted (kept while someone is still connected) |
| Reports | 90 days after the report was sent, then deleted |
| Blocks | Until you delete your account |
| Match history (your last 50 games), lifetime numbers, daily wins, leaderboard places | Until you delete your account |
| Friends, friend requests, invite blocks | Until one of you removes them or deletes their account |
| Invite log | Until you or the other player deletes their account |
| Notification token | Until you switch notifications off, the token stops working, or you delete your account |
| Purchase records | Kept, so a purchase cannot be used twice or after a refund, and can be restored |
| Move code | Works for 15 minutes |
| Statistics, crash reports, server logs | Each provider's own schedule |
Deleting your data
In the game: Settings (الإعدادات) > «حذف حسابي» (Delete my account), then «أبغى أحذف» and «إيه، احذف حسابي». It deletes your name, look, photo, progress, match history, lifetime numbers, daily wins and leaderboard places; your friends, friend requests and invite blocks (on both sides), the invite log and your notification token; your block list and cloud save; and your studio player account with its Google or Apple sign-in link and move code (so your name and save in our other games that use this account are deleted too). If you used Sign in with Apple, we also try to revoke it with Apple. In rooms you played in, your name and photo become «لاعب» (Player) and the answers you typed are removed from the room's log, results and records (in a game that is still running, when it ends). In reports, your player ID is replaced and the details about you are wiped; reports are deleted 90 days after they were sent. If you are hosting a live room, it ends.
What stays: purchase records (Apple's or Google's, and ours, as the stores and tax rules require; the link to you is cut, the records are not erased, and Restore purchases brings your items back); an empty seat in other players' match history; statistics and crash reports, which are not linked to you.
Your Lammatna account is a studio player account, so deleting your studio account on our delete page or in another of our games deletes your Lammatna data in the same way.
Step by step, and without the app: Delete your Lammatna data.
Nova Strike, from version 0.21
From version 0.21, Nova Strike has a studio player account. This section says what that adds; everything in sections 1 to 8 about Nova Strike still applies (statistics, crash reports, no ads, no purchases). Version 0.22 changed how the account starts: the call sign is now required at first open and there are no guest accounts.
Your player account
- Call sign (required): at first open you choose a call sign (3 to 16 Arabic or Latin letters or numbers). It is required to play, and it creates your Nova Strike player account (part of the Kari & Bros studio account). If you are offline, the call sign is kept on the phone and the account is created the first time the game connects. There are no guest accounts. Our server checks that the call sign is not a blocked word and that no other Nova Strike pilot has it or a very similar one. You can change it in Settings, but not too often. Nova Strike does not show it to other players.
- Technical sign-in id: when the game starts it creates a random technical sign-in id with our account service (Google Firebase Authentication: no email, phone number or password), before you type a call sign; it is linked to your account once you choose one, and deleted with it.
- Optional, he or she: when you first open the game in Arabic, you can pick «طيّار» (pilot, he) or «طيّارة» (pilot, she), only so the Arabic text speaks to you in the right form. You can skip it. In any language you can set or change it in Settings > Account > Arabic address; when your account is online, the choice is kept with it too. We ask for no age, birthday, email or phone number.
- No Google or Apple sign-in: Google Play Games and Game Center are not used in this version (built in, switched off); the move code below takes your account to a new phone. If we switch sign-in on, we will update this page before that version comes out.
- Cloud copy (Google Cloud Firestore): your whole game profile (missions and raids, craft upgrades, credits, unlocks, Endless records and badges, and your results history), your settings and the game's random ID, kept with your account so it comes back on a new phone with a move code.
- Move code: an 8-character code, made only when you ask for it in Settings, that moves your account to another phone. It works once and only for 15 minutes.
- It is the studio's shared player account: each of our games that uses it keeps its own name and save under it.
Statistics, crash and performance reports
- As in section 3: GameAnalytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and the studio's own event, error and performance records. Our records carry your account's random ID, never your call sign.
- For each boss fight (longer than about 2 seconds) Nova Strike also sends how many frames were slow, the slowest frame when the boss arrives, the graphics quality level and your device model, and, the first time, how long the full-quality art download took. Our own copy also keeps how the fight ended, average and worst frame times, the number of draw calls, the operating system version and, for the download, its size and number of tries.
- No ads, no advertising ID and no tracking across other apps (you will not see a tracking prompt). No purchases: real-money purchases are switched off in this version.
How long we keep it
Your account, call sign, he or she choice and cloud copy: until you delete your account. Move code: it works once and only for 15 minutes; its record holds only your random account ID and times. Statistics and crash reports: each provider's own schedule; our own event, error and performance records: only as long as they help us fix and improve the game (section 3).
Deleting your data
In the game: Settings (gear) > Account > Delete account, then Delete. It erases for good your call sign, the cloud copy of your progress, any move code, and your studio player account (so your name and save in our other games that use this account are deleted too). After that the game sends nothing: no account, no progress copy, no crash or analytics reports. Your progress and your he or she choice stay on this phone only. The next time you open the game you choose: keep this phone's progress, start fresh, or play offline. Keep or start fresh makes a new account with a new call sign; play offline sends nothing. (In version 0.21 the game made a new guest account and uploaded a fresh copy at the next connection; that was fixed in 0.22. To stop it in 0.21, delete the game as well.)
What stays: statistics, crash, error and performance reports under random IDs; a record that an account with that random ID was deleted; and short-lived technical records under the same random ID (used move codes, try counters). None of them holds your call sign or progress.
Step by step, and without the app: Delete your Nova Strike data.
VEIL (سِتَار), from version 0.6
From version 0.6, VEIL has a studio player account and its own ranking, and it has no ads and no purchases. This section says what that adds; everything in sections 1 to 8 about VEIL still applies (statistics, crash, error and performance reports). Version 0.10 changed how the account starts: it is made only when you type your pilot name.
Your player account
- Pilot name (required): the first time you play, you type a pilot name (3 to 16 Arabic or Latin letters or numbers). That name creates your studio player account (Google Firebase Authentication: a random account ID, with no email, phone number or password). Before you type it, VEIL makes no account and sends nothing to our own servers; only the anonymous statistics and crash reports of section 3 work from the first open. If you are offline, the name is kept on the phone and the account is created the first time the game connects. If you played an earlier version, you keep the account you already have. Our server checks that the name is allowed and not taken. You can change it in Settings, but not too often. We ask for no age, birthday, email or phone number.
- He or she: with your name you pick «طيّار» (pilot, he) or «طيّارة» (pilot, she), only so the Arabic text speaks to you in the right form. It is kept with your account, and you can change it in Settings > Address me as.
- Optional sign-in: Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iPhone). After you confirm, it links to your account, so your name, best distance and settings come back on a new phone. We keep the player ID that Google or Apple gives for that sign-in, linked to your account. If that sign-in already belongs to another VEIL account, you choose which account to keep; the other one is not deleted, and nothing is mixed.
- Cloud save (Google Cloud Firestore): your best distances, your records and your settings, kept with your account under its random ID.
- Move code: a code you make in Settings to move your account to another phone (iPhone or Android). It works once and only for 15 minutes.
- It is the studio's shared player account: the same account works in our other games that have one, and each game keeps its own name and save.
The ranking
- When you beat your best distance, VEIL sends that distance with a record of your flight controls (so our server can replay the flight and check that the score is real), your account ID, a short code made from your device ID (to stop abuse), your phone type (Android or iPhone) and the game version.
- On the ranking, other players see your pilot name (or "Pilot" and four digits if your account has no name) and your distance, not your account details.
- A score that fails the check stays hidden, with its record, for 90 days, and is then deleted.
Sharing a score
The share card is made on your phone and goes only to the app you choose (for example WhatsApp). Nothing of it is sent to us. The link in it carries only your best distance.
Deleting your data
In the game: Settings > Account > Delete my account, then Delete. It deletes your studio player account (so your name and save in our other games that use it are deleted too), your pilot name and your he or she choice, your Google Play Games or Game Center sign-in link, your cloud save, your best distance on the ranking and the flight records sent with it, and any move code. After that the phone sends nothing to our servers until you start again; to play again you type a pilot name, which makes a new account.
What stays: statistics and crash reports under random IDs, on each provider's own schedule; scores on the Game Center or Google Play Games board, which belong to your account there; and a "Remove ads" purchase from an earlier version, kept by Apple or Google.
Step by step, and without the app: Delete your VEIL data.
