Refund Policy

Short version: everything in our games is bought in the App Store or Google Play, so Apple or Google decides refunds under their own rules. Here is how to ask each of them, and what happens in the game after a refund.

1. What can be bought

Today only Lammatna sells items: Plus, the Golden Pack and Remove Ads (Remove Ads is not on sale while the game has no ads). Nova Strike, VEIL, SUNPUNCH and Sadّa7 sell nothing, and nothing is sold on our website. If you see a charge for one of our games that you do not recognise, write to us.

2. iPhone and iPad (App Store)

Apple handles every App Store refund; we cannot refund an App Store purchase ourselves. To ask:

• Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
• Choose "Request a refund", then the reason and the purchase, and send it.

Apple decides and tells you the answer.

3. Android (Google Play)

• Within 48 hours of buying: ask Google. On play.google.com, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history; next to the order tap "Report a problem" and say you want a refund. Or use Google's Request a refund form. Google decides.
• After 48 hours: write to us at [email protected] with the order number (it starts with GPA.), the item and the date. We look at every request and reply; if we agree, the refund is made through Google Play to the way you paid. You can also still ask Google.

4. What happens in the game after a refund

• When Apple or Google tells our server that a purchase was refunded or charged back, the item switches off on your account (for example Plus, or the Golden Pack's content).
• If the store reverses the refund, the item comes back by itself.

5. Deleting your account

Deleting your player account is not a refund. Your purchases stay with your Apple or Google account: on a new account, tap Restore purchases with the same Apple or Google account and they come back.

6. An item that did not arrive

First tap Restore purchases in the game's Settings. If it is still missing, write to us with the order number and we will help.

7. Test versions

In test versions, some items can be open to testers for free, and test purchases are not charged.
