Delete your account and data
You can delete your data from any of our games at any time, for free. Where a game has a delete button, use it: it works at once. You can also ask us by email, without the app. Find your game:
Without the app: ask us by email
This works for every game, even if you deleted the game or cannot open it. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us:
- the game,
- your player name in that game (if the game has one),
- your phone type (iPhone or Android) and roughly when you played.
We answer within 30 days and tell you what we deleted. We never ask for a password. A parent can ask for a child.
What is deleted
Our player account is shared by our games that have one (today VEIL from version 0.6, and Lammatna). Deleting it removes:
- your player account and its random ID,
- your player name in every game (it becomes free for others) and your avatar,
- the link to your Google Play Games, Game Center, Google or Apple sign-in (your Google or Apple account itself is not touched),
- your cloud save, your purchases unlocked on our side, and any account-move code,
- the game's own server data about you that is tied to the account (for example VEIL's ranking entry). Lammatna's rooms and photo are deleted by its own «حذف بياناتي» button; see your game below.
What stays, and for how long
- Purchase records. Apple and Google keep their own record of what you bought. On our side we keep only a short record of each purchase: the store's purchase number, the product, the game and the date, with the deleted random ID (no name), so a purchase cannot be used twice or after a refund. You can still get a purchase back later with Restore purchases.
- A deletion note. The deleted random ID and the date, so the same ID can never be used again. Nothing else.
- Anonymous statistics and crash reports (GameAnalytics and Firebase Crashlytics). They hold only random IDs, never your name, and are deleted on each provider's own schedule.
- On your phone. Deleting the game deletes what the game keeps on that phone.
VEIL (سِتَار)
From version 0.6
Settings > Account > Delete my account, then Delete.
It deletes your player account, your name, your linked Google Play Games or Game Center sign-in, your cloud save, your best distance on the ranking and the flight records sent with it. You then play as a new guest.
Earlier versions
Settings > Data > Delete local data.
It erases your best distance, your settings and your ad history on that phone. For the cloud copy of your progress, email us (above). Board scores stay in your Game Center or Google Play Games account; you manage them there. The "Remove ads" purchase record is kept by Apple or Google.
Lammatna (لمَّتنا)
Settings (الإعدادات) > «حذف بياناتي» (Delete my data), then «أبغى أحذف» and «إيه، احذف بياناتي».
It deletes for good: your name, your looks, your photo, your progress and your room history, and your player account. In rooms you played in, your name and photo are replaced by «لاعب» (Player). Your block list and reports that name you are removed, and your purchases are unlinked from you. If you are hosting a live room, that room ends. The game then starts again like the first time.
Purchases stay with the App Store or Google Play: you can get them back later from «المتجر واستعادة المشتريات» (Store and restore purchases). If the game cannot reach its server, nothing is deleted and you can try again. If only the player account could not be deleted, the game data is still deleted and the game asks you to try again later (or email us).
Sadّa7 (سدّاح)
Sadّa7 is a game for children. It has no account and asks for no name. Your progress is kept only on your phone, so deleting the game deletes your progress.
The game sends only anonymous play statistics and crash reports, with a random ID and no name. A parent can email us (above) to ask us to delete them: tell us the phone type and roughly when the child played, and we will do our best to find and delete them.
Nova Strike (نوڤا سترايك)
More > Settings > Reset progress.
It erases your Credits, installed hardware, mission records and mastery on this phone (your settings stay). Nova Strike has no player name: it keeps a cloud copy of your settings and best score, linked to a random ID. To delete that copy and the reports linked to it, email us (above) with your phone model and roughly when you played. Deleting the game deletes what is on your phone.
SUNPUNCH (صن بانش)
SUNPUNCH has no delete button and no player name. It keeps a cloud copy of your progress linked to a random ID. To delete it and the reports linked to it, email us (above) with your phone model and roughly when you played. Deleting the game deletes what is on your phone.
